Real Wedding:::Carrie and Dino
This summer Carrie Nork from Cashman and Associates was married to her love, Dino Minelli, and we had the privilege of designing their stationery. They both come from entertaining backgrounds and they wanted to their invitations to coordinate with the Hollywood Glamour theme of their wedding. So we created a pocketfold invitation with a rhinestone closure and an envelope lining that read "It's Showtime". Carrie's wedding was featured on Philly.com. Check out the story here.

Time for Tea Invitation Ideas
I am planning a baby shower for a friend of mine and thought that an afternoon tea party would be such a fun thing to do! I posted an inspiration board on the innove blog and I am starting to think about invitations for the girlie fete. I found a few cute ideas to start my creative juices flowing.....hope you like them. Once I get invitation designed I will make sure to post it!

New Invitation Design
It has been a little while but we are back and will be posting new designs along with inspirations on the paper blog. Keep checking back for current projects that we are designing!
I thought it would be cool to post my invitation and tell you the thought process that went into this design. I work with all types of invitations and embellishments but I really wanted to keep my invitation simple with a great design that could be used throughout the wedding. I absolutely love letterpress printing and knew from the begining that I wanted Bryce at Bjorn Press to print my wedding invitations. Melody found a piece of a frame and from that we worked together to create the ornated border on the invitation. By manipulating the design we were about to coordinate all of the stationery pieces, from the rsvp card and envelope all the way to the programs and table numbers.
Michael, from MJW Calligraphy, addressed the envelopes and the escort cards in a coral pink to match the invitations.

We are featuring Toby and Ido's wedding on the Innove Events blog and figured it would be great to add images of their stationery to the paper blog.
